We have the experience, capability and government relationships to bring you temporary highly-productive foreign workers to augment your labor force if needed. Industries across the country but particularly agriculture, are experiencing a shortage of labor and part of our services is to develop a strategy to insure you will not be short of labor now and into the future. We have outstanding relationships with the various state and
federal agencies that oversee the foreign guest worker program. This helps facilitate the complicated process. In addition, we have excellent relationships with housing owners as well as attorneys that specialize in H-2A services. Lastly, Premium Packing uses technology to vet all incoming applications through our online portal which streamlines the process and enables us to recruit the best qualified candidates for the job.
H–2A HOUSING
WE HAVE DEVELOPED UNIQUE HOUSING MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES
To strategically address the ever-increasing labor shortage, Premium Packing is aggressively pursuing alternative H-2A housing such as those pictured here. We are moving forward with the building of new units on our Salinas property with close proximity to significant retail businesses which is an attractive benefit to temporary foreign workers.
In addition to the new housing units, we also contract with several motels around Salinas and Greenfield to augment our H-2A services to our clients.
We have developed unique housing management activities that motivate tenants to excel in keeping their housing units clean, organized and safe. Motel owners are highly appreciative of our management protocols and constantly seek out our partnerships which means we have sufficient and adequate housing to receive approval for housing under Department of Labor and California Employment Development Department guidelines and inspections.
